I’ve been wearing these shoes for more than 10 years I have them in every color they are so comfortable

I purchased these over 5 years ago and I still wear them to this day. The grip on the underside has worn off, however the fit and feel of the sandals themselves is still the exact same as when I first received them. These run REALLY small so I recommend sizing up by at least 2, maybe even 3 sizes if you have wide feet.

I bought these in 2019 and this is a 2022 review. These sandals are authentic to the ones I used to get in Hawaii when I was young. As an adult I wear a size 11.5 in men's, so I figured I'd round up to a 12 for these. When I received them, they were so small I couldn't fit my foot through the first strap. I thought maybe it was a fluke and if I ordered another size up I'd be okay. The size 13 was very tight and uncomfortable, I prefer a loose fit sandal. With the size 14 men, it was the perfect fit. So be aware that these are not true to size and if you have a wider foot like me, you have to go up more; the photos attached to this review show my size 11 foot in a size 14 sandal. As for support, there isn't much more than an average sandal. With that said, they are durable and built to last. If the sound of air coming out of the heal is going to bother you, these aren't going to be your style. They will gurgle if water gets in the heal until you walk it out. The sound isn't obnoxious and becomes less frequent over time as you wear them in more.

I have always been remiss in ordering clothing/shoes from Amazon, since I'm a very petite person. I'm 5'0", and I have incredibly small feet to the point where I will never know if a shoe will fit me, depending on its width and type (for example, I can typically wear size 6 boots without a problem, but size 6 flats fall off of me, and yet size 5.5 flats are too tight!) I decided to throw caution to the wind and purchase a pair of these sandals after seeing them recommending on a Buzzfeed listicle. I went with size 6 Women's, since unisex clothing rarely works out for me. When I tried them on, I was initially concerned because they were a tad large on me in the back. However, that fear was quickly allayed by just how wonderful they are. Despite that extra space in the back, the sandals are not too wide, and I have never slipped out of them while walking. The little dot grips on the right and left sides of the insole (I'm sure there's a technical name for them keep them clinging to my feet and provide a bit of acupressure goodness to boot -- meaning my feet have not hurt even after walking around in them for hours. The go with practically anything, too, making them an excellent addition to a versatile wardrobe. I'm planning on buying another pair! Seriously, if you're worried about purchasing because of small feet/size concerns, don't worry. They're a great pair of sandals.

Ive bought many pairs of this here sandal. Im getting new ones because the soles are worn out. You cant tell from the top but on the pic where theyre flipped over, you can see. Ive only bought this brand here “Pali Hawaii” and I swear by them. I have not lost my arches, and my toes arent all spread out either. They have good grip on the bottom for a long while, but never lose it on the inside. As far as the quality goes, theyre pretty malleable but have never snapped or broke. I tend to like to feel the terrain under me and these allow me to do that. If you like grounding but go places where you arent sure if it safe/ sanitary to remove your shoes, these are for you. They clean up pretty easily arent all plastic and stiff feeling when you do. If your pretty active like me and want a sandal that looks nice and can hold up for any occasion give these a try! Ps- For those wondering, thats my kitty Duet.

I like to keep a pair of easy to slip on sandals by the door so I can quickly put on some shoes if I need to go outside. We have acreage and I live some place where it rains a great deal. So I wanted some sandals that looked like they could handle wet grass and muddy conditions as well. I also wanted something comfortable. I found all of this in the Pali Hawaii Hawaiian Jesus Sandals for Women. WHAT IS IN THE BOX: I received a comfortable pair of slip on sandals in the size I normally wear. They are a chocolate brown and feel like a rubbery, textured plastic. WHAT I LIKE: • These shoes are extremely comfortable to wear. I have walked all around our property and have even worn them out in the garden to pick peppers. • They are attractive sandals. • These sandals are affordable. • I love how easily they slip on and off. • I love having so many color options. I may get another pair since I like the ones I have so much. • I ordered my normal size and they fit perfectly. WHAT I DON’T LIKE: • So far I like everything about these sandals. They are perfect for keeping by my back door and for using around our large property. I would recommend them.

Love These Sandals. Have 3 colors. Have neurotherapy in my feet from chemotherapy and these are so comfortable. Wear them every day.

I bought a pair of these sandals in Hawaii about 20 years ago and I loved them. Unfortunately someone stole them from my front porch. I found a pair on Amazon and was so happy when they arrived. They are comfortable and good for long days of walking

I was going through my orders from years ago and It’s funny I still wear these everyday 😂 it is time For an upgrade because they are very worn and loved.

After reading a ton of reviews, seeing literally every girl on my campus wearing these, and hearing from a few people that these were the most comfortable sandals they had, I decided to buy them. I ordered the dark brown, which is a gorgeous color in person. And I ordered a size bigger, as I had seen in the reviews to do (fits perfectly, btw). However, and maybe it's only because this is my first day wearing them, I am not too thrilled about these little bumps on the footbed. I take it they are meant to "massage" your feet when you walk, but they just kind of hurt my feet and feel uncomfortable, and when I take the sandals off, the bottoms of my feet feel sore and like they are burning. I'm wondering if I'm not enjoying those bumps because I have flat feet, or if it takes awhile to "get used to" the bumps. Either way, I will update my review if my thoughts change. But as of now, from only wearing the sandals for about three hours, I don't think they are anywhere near as comfortable as everyone says they are. UPDATE: got these in 2017. It is 2019 now. Between then and now I seriously considered getting rid of them several times. However recently i had to throw away my house sandals and while i was looking to buy new ones, i gave these jandals a chance and let me tell you i am 100000% pleased. As my original review stated, i thought it might take awhile to get used to these sandals, and i was right. And now, these sandals are incredibly comfortable. I dont even feel the bumps anymore!! So my advice, if you wanna get these sandals, do it! But dont expect them to be spectacular from the get-go. Give yourself time to get used to them. Updated from original 2 stars to now 4 stars (lacking one star because i have yet to wear them out and about, have only kept them on inside the house as of now).

I always buy these in Florida when I wear out a pair, but after decades we no longer are traveling there. What to do? Amazon of course! So took a chance and I love them! They are exactly like the ones I used to buy in a size 7 light brown. The only thing I might do next time is get the darker brown, but I love the light ones just fine!

I lived in HI for 2 years, 2004-2005 and bought 2 pairs of these in brown (size 7) at the Aloha stadium swap meet. I wore out the first pair while in HI but had the 2nd pair till just now, taped up but not ready to toss till I could find a good replacement. I'd looked and looked and finally found them here. They're exactly like the ones I replaced but a different color. I have a narrow foot and they're a little wide but I mostly use them around the house to wear over ankle socks, so they're fine. I also wouldn't hesitate wearing them to the beach. If they had half sizes I'd buy a 6.5. I ordered a 6 as well but it wasn't long enough though I preferred the width. I ordered the J-slips first, thinking they were the same as what I'd bought in HI but they're not, nowhere near as comfortable. The Pali have a turtle on the bottom. That's how I knew I was ordering the real thing here.

These are very comfy. I have purchased a few times; I gave previous pairs to family members. My feet have become picky about my footwear. I can't be barefoot because my feet hurt, and I can't use flip flops because my feet hurt. These work for me. They give some support, enough for my feet, not for like walking around the park, but to just relax. They work well for me. I got the green, they are bright and I don't mind that. They are easy to clean, no worries if they get wet, a little water on them is easy to dry off.

These sandals arrived today. I was eagerly awaiting them. I tried them on, and they are too big. I have large feet for a woman. I usually wear a men's size 11.5 because I cannot find women's shoes in my size. Sometimes it sucks being a woman who is 6 feet 2 inches tall! I followed the sizing recommendations and ordered a size 13, which is the largest size these come in. The length is okay; it's the straps that are the problem. The straps are huge! In no way do they keep my foot secure. I struggle to keep them on without having them slip off. I guess they would fit if I wore socks, but that's just not how I roll with sandals! My feet are long and slender. I wonder if the manufacturer assumes that people with long feet automatically have fat feet?! For the price I paid, it's not worth the hassle of returning them. Lesson learned yet again about not ordering shoes online! It's too bad because I really like the looks of these sandals. The color is nice (like the picture shows, not too dark or light), and they feel comfy. Update 6/20/16: Okay, so I ordered a smaller size in these sandals. I kept the original pair to be worn as indoor slippers with socks. :-) New, smaller pair just barely fits the length of my foot, but the straps fit much better. The only downside to the new pair is the color. They are a very dark brown. Boo! I wanted the lighter caramel color of the original pair I received. Big bummer. Still not satisfied but such is life. Whatevs, I'll wear them!

As embarrassing as this is to admit, I have 5 pairs of these. Same color. I just apparently need a pair for each room of my house. I am *obsessed* with these sandals! They’re super comfortable, and unbeatable for the price. The only downside is, the foot tan lines are a little hard to explain. Outside of that, 10/10 recommend!!

These shoes are sooo comfortable to wear around the house! Sized up so my heel’s weren’t hanging off sandal. Great buy!

fyi. These ARE true to size for WOMEN. I fault the seller for not clarifying that but I also fault the buyers for lack of logic. How could shoe SIZES possibly be unisex? Of course, the seller means the shoe STYLE. But, yes, the seller should spell out the fact that the sizing is for women. I am an exact U.S. Women's size 8 (using those foot size measuring devices found in shoe stores) and I bought these in an 8 and they fit perfectly. (I also bought a pair of 9s because those illogical reviewers made me paranoid so I'll be returning the 9s because those are too big - since I'm an 8!) Other complaints indicate they are not "true" Pali. They are. See pic. The left pair marked "old" are ones I bought in Hawaii. The pair on the right marked "new" are the ones I bought on this Amazon page. They are identical except for the color. Lastly, for those new to Pali, these shoes last forever. My old pair is on year 23 (granted, I only wear them once a day to go outside to get the mail, but still...). Bottom line: I highly recommend these!

First of all, I find these Pali Hawaii Classic Black Jandals run true to size. I always wear a 7B (medium) and had no issue with fit in a woman's size 7. Purchased these hoping for a sandal I could get wet but not slide around in as I usually do with a thong type once wet. The straps fit well, though there is no 'give' to them at all, no elastic goring or other means of adjustment. The textured foot bed features nubs that run across the ball of the foot and some at the arch. There is also a ridge that runs behind the toes to keep the foot in place and from slipping out the back, though it is not overly pronounced. Although the Jandals are not completely flat inside, the arch is not high enough to be considered supportive unless you're flat-footed or have very low arches - though any arch support is better than none. I read some reviewers found the nubs inside to be somewhat uncomfortable but I don't have an issue with them. They help keep your foot in place when your sandals are wet so your foot does not slide around. I did not expect these Jandals to be as comfortable as they are. They're actually somewhat 'cushy' to walk in and not slippery on flooring. I expected I would only wear them when my feet would get wet but I've found myself running errands in them and using them for slippers! I also found, quite by accident, they do a great job 'erasing' black scuff marks that my husband left on my off-white kitchen floor this morning... I gave these 5 stars based on comfort for the price point, good fit, and being better than expected for a pool/shower sandal.

I’m personally not a fan of the Jesus sandals epidemic but to those who are such as my boyfriend. This is the best quality sandals in the market. Recently repurchased these as his old ones finally retired after a decade, no regrets!!

I’m a 6.5 M with nearly all shoes and they’re a touch on the wider/chubby foot size - not narrow or bony. Based on other reviews, I tried a 7 and like them better than the 6. The 7s fit a bit looser and side on more easily but still stay on my foot comfortably with not too much extra space at the toe or heel. The 6s for much more snugly - I have to move the strap onto my foot by hand. They’re still comfortable but just tighter and there’s no extra length at the toe or heel. So happy I tried both and went with the 7s! Also pleasantly surprised at the “give” in the material. It’s not stuff plastic; it’s a little squishy like thin Crocs. The heel has enough squish that I can wear these for hours and my feet don’t hurt! Got them for the pool/beach but will wear them so much more now that I realize how comfy they are! Weird note on color: I ordered both 6 and 7 in “light brown” and they sent two completely different colors! The 7s are darker more medium brown and the 6s are an orange-tan color.

Our family loves these sandals. They are kept by the back door and everyone trades off using them. They slide on and off quickly and are definitely needed when living in the country and you need a quick shoe to go outside in.

These sandals have support around the feet and don't flop around like flip-flops. They don't have arch support; however, I wasn't looking for a sandal that had arch support. The contour under the feet feels comfortable. The only issue I have is that I have wide feet at the front. These sandals are for narrow feet. I had bought several these sandals of different sizes for guests. It turns out that the ones that are three sizes up are the only ones that fit me, and even these are more narrow than what I'm used to. They cause my big toes to turn inward.

I've been buying these sandals for (I think) 15 years. I can't wear flip-flops because I hate something between my toes, so these are great. I love not having to worry about getting them wet, and they last a long time. The pair I replaced with these were worn the majority of the time and it took 7 years for them to get to the point when I knew they really needed replacing!

Overall, I really like these and they’re great house shoes. That being said, I have really wide feet, but I regularly wear a 7.5. I originally ordered size 8 and could barely squeeze my foot in, so I returned them and ordered a 9. I still have to wiggle my foot in a little bit, but they work just fine. Unfortunately, I think a 10 would be appropriately wide but definitely too long; I wish there was a wide option for each size so I didn’t have to choose between proper length or width! However, I’m glad I have these and I will use them all the time, as I’m a stay at home mom and just need comfortable shoes to wear throughout the day!

These sandals are a repeat purchase for me, as I love these. They feels like a little massage for your feet and provide just a bit of support, making these a great option for sandals - as usually sandals do not provide any support and usually have such a thin bottom, that you feel the ground while wearing them. These do not do that - the bit of support and "fat" soles help cushion your feet from the ground. Additionally the sandals themselves can easily be washed/rinsed and/or great for wearing around water. The soles are textured to prevent slipping on wet or slick surfaces. They fit as expected in both width and length/shoe size.

These shoes are kind of ugly, but they are extremely comfortable! The dark brown color made them look more dressy, and I can wear them just about anywhere or with most outfits. When I first started wearing them, one of them rubbed the side of my foot, and that was uncomfortable. That’s why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. But then it stopped. I don’t know if it stretched a little or if my foot just adapted. But they are okay now. They are made in Taiwan, although the brand says Hawaii.

Bought another one since my last pair a few years back does take some wear until they are comfortable

Hubby had a pair of these from trip to Hawaii that I've "borrowed" from time to time. Decided to get some that actually fit! I bought my regular size and they fit well. The strap across my toes was just a little snug when new, but now that I've worn them a few times they fit just great. They are very comfortable, the "rubber" gives and they do nor rub. There is some cushioning to them, though not a lot. My feet are secure and do not slip in them and they seem to grip well on surfaces, even wet ones - better than cheap flip flops. Makes a nice change from thong sandals and easy to slip on to go outside. Highly recommend.

I am a 55-Year-old Male and I typically Wear Men's Size 11 in Shoes and Sandles. I ordered 2 Sizes up as Some of the Reviewers suggested. This pair of Sandles, Even with Two Sizes up, i.e. I ordered Size 13, My Feet will not slide all the way Forward into these Sandles. There is Little to None as far as Stretching or Give so My Feet will not even Force into these Sandles. I really wanted these to work as I love the Texture and the Color and I believe these are manufactured very Durably too. For the Low Price, I decided to Keep these Sandles and pass them down to my Teenage Son who also wears men's size 11, however, his INSTEP is not as high as mine and his Feet Slide into these just fine. He wears them every other day, not his absolute favorite but he says "They R ok" Bottom line: If you have WIDE FEET or FEET with High Instep; Do not order because even 2 Sizes up will not help. I hope this helps other High Instep And Wide Feet Peps like me!

First thing: I'm a natural size 9, narrow feet. I'm pretty much a size 9 in every brand to give you a reference. Second: Cute color, over all appearance I think is attractive, I also like the name Jesus Sandal... I LOLed when I saw it so i had to buy them. Third: the fit is pretty good and i don't feel them sliding off my feet. The first band (closest to my ankle) is a little too big, which is why I ranked them somewhat wide, but every foot is different and I know I have more narrow feet. 4th! SO COMFYYYY, they really are squishy (in a good way) under my feet. I got them wet once already walking out in the rain and I heard the squeaky sound some Reviewers have noted in my right shoe but once i was out of the rain it went away with in a couple minutes. I'm not picky, not bothered by it at all. Another thing I will lastly point out is the raised bumps in the shoe sort of hurt but I can ignore it. I just need to adjust. You can see what I'm talking about in my third photo. One last thing that frustrates me: I bought these for $14 and a couple days later they were $13 and now they're $11.50. Kinda of annoying that in a short week the price dropped $2.50... Please try to keep the price relatively consistent! I would have waited to buy. :)

The first photo is of my new pair vs my old pair (bought in 2018). I ordered the light brown shade and I was a little iffy about the I was going to receive based on the mixed reviews, and got something a little darker than expected. I wouldn’t say the color is bad though, overall I’m happy with it. I would say the materials made out of my new sandals are less stiff than my last and more flexible. I remember when I got my 1st pair, I had to break them in a bit before they were comfortable. These seem like they are pretty comfortable immediately. The new sandals also seem less wide than my old pair, you can kind of tell in the photo. This is fine for me because I have narrower feet but if you wears wide, you might need to size up! Overall I am happy with my new sandals and I hope they hold up as long, if not longer, than my last!

I love these sandals. They’re my go to for around the house and everyday casual footwear. Love them so much I bought a second pair in a different color. Now I have both brown and black. I might add that when I las shopping for Leather Jesus Sandals originally, I came upon these. The description didn’t have the key word or what they were made of. I thought I would give them a try in the medium brown, what did I have to loose? Once they arrived I could tell they weren’t leather due to the feel and very close examination. These sandals must be made in a mold or something. They have all the little intricate details that real leather would. I guess I could go as far as calling the material Faux Leather. Seriously!!! It’s amazing the color and detail are exactly like real leather!!! I slid my feet in, walked around and literally dropped my jaw in sheer surprise. They feel like nice leather shoes that have been previously broken in. You don’t have to be concerned about them getting wet either. They even have a nice comfy arch and these little soft massaging nodules that keep your feet from sliding out. Wearing is believing, trust me. Did I mention I LOVE THESE SANDALS???

Let me tell you a story about these shoes. My grandma used to wear these shoes all the mf time (we call them turtle shoes because of the turtle on the bottom). So I go my entire life thinking that turtle shoes are just the old lady version of flip flops. Fast forward, it’s been years since nana has worn the turtle shoes. My sister finds a pair in a shop in Gatlinburg and buys them for me as a joke. It’s a day before we leave for the beach and I realize, shit, I don’t have any flip flops. My old navy’s blew out on me. I remember the turtle shoes my sister gave me. What the hell, I’ll wear them. It’s PCB, no one will think anything of it. Well, let me say this, NANA WAS RIGHT. These $15 suckers have replaced my $200 Birkenstocks as my go to sandal. I wear them to work. I wear them as house shoes. I wear them downtown (live in Nashville). I’m on my third pair in four years. Turtle shoes for life. Get you a pair. Because nana was right. 🐢
